About Us

The name “Perform Strong” reflects our commitment to helping athletes recover and become stronger after injury through expert sports injury physical therapy. It all started with a personal journey. After experiencing an injury, our founder realized that true recovery isn’t just about getting back to where you were but also about enhancing your strength and performance beyond your previous limits. Inspired by this experience, we named our practice “Perform Strong” to embody the dedication to not only rehabilitating but also empowering individuals to perform at their best.

The Full 60-Minute Difference

Unlike many sports injury physical therapy clinics that rush through short sessions, we give each appointment a full 60 minutes. This extra time means thorough assessments, detailed treatments, and enough time for recovery exercises. You receive the focused attention you deserve.

One-on-One Personalized Care

Your recovery is unique, and so is our approach. Each session is one-on-one with a skilled Physical Therapist—never with assistants. This ensures every exercise and adjustment is tailored to your needs, leading to faster, more effective results.

State-of-the-Art Facility

Our state-of-the-art facility supports all levels of rehabilitation. Whether you're recovering from an injury or improving your athletic performance, we have everything you need—80-foot sprint lane, an 8×8’ slam wall used for arm care and medicine ball training, and post-operative specialized equipment—to help you progress and excel.

Seamless Transition to Training

Recovery doesn’t end with rehab, and neither do we. Our partnership with Clubhouse Athletics, located in the same facility, ensures a smooth transition back to lifting and fitness. Our in-house therapists continue to support you even after discharge, helping you maintain progress and stay on track with your fitness goals.
